In the year 1965 some youths of Alipore & Chetla area in South Calcutta were feeling the necessity to accumulate the mission & vision to aware people for their rights as well as duties towards nation. To fulfill this mission under the leadership of Tarun Bhusan Guha Alipur Barta was born on 13th. October,1966 at 57/1A, Chetla Road, Kolkata-700027, paternal house of Mr. Guha under the umbrella of Nikhil Banga Kalyan Samity , a philanthropic social organization of West Bengal.
